Anyways back to the picture, to say it was coloured with a mouse, its really impressive. (I just tried to colour with my mouse and failed badly)
Most of the shading was already there in pencil, I just put the colors in layers below it is all. Pretty much I just had to make sure to color in the lines and whatnot which is easy to do (just a bit more time consuming than with tablet).
